Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: 

1. This lucky draw is open to all individual, aged eighteen (18) years old and above.
2. Make a purchase of any Eldon products of RM 50 or above in a single receipt.
3. ELDON products refer to any product under the brands ELDON NUTRITION, HOLISTICA, FLEXIGEL, ASCENTIA, DR CARDIO, MAMARINE, MEDSKIN and NUTRIHERBS.
4. Loose packs purchase of Eldon products worth RM 50 or more, adhering to our listed prices, are also eligible to participate in the lucky draw contest.
5. Only receipts that reflect prices according to our price list will be accepted. Prices that deviate from our listed prices will result in disqualification.
6. Participants must fill out the Google form with the correct contact details and upload a valid receipt.

The following group of person shall not be eligible to participate in the lucky draw contest:

1. Employees of the organizer and their intermediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses.
2. Employees and their intermediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses] of the Business Partners of the organizer.

How to Join:

1. To enter the lucky draw, participants must make a purchase of RM 50 or above of any Eldon products in a single receipt.
2. One (1) entry = One (1) receipt
3. Scan the QR code displayed on the poster and complete all the necessary information as requested on the Google form.
4. Participants must fill out the Google form with the correct contact details and upload a clear and valid receipt.
5. Follow Eldon Healthcare Malaysia on Facebook.
6. Kindly note that only receipts dated within the lucky draw period will be accepted for participation.
7. Lucky draw period: begins on 1st October 2023 and ends on 31st December 2023 at 23:59 pm.
8. Entries received before or after the lucky draw period will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the lucky draw period.
2. The winner will be announced on Eldon Healthcare Malaysia Facebook page and notified via email, WhatsApp messaging or phone call after the lucky draw ends.
3. Eldon Healthcare will attempt to contact the winner through the contact details provided up to three (3) times within 7 days after the winner list has revealed.
4. If the winner does not respond within this 7 days period or fails to provide the necessary information to claim the prize, the prize will be forfeited. Any claims for the prize made after this will not be entertained, and Eldon Healthcare may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner.
5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchangeable for cash or an alternative prize.

Consent and Data Usage: 

1. By participating in this lucky draw, you agree that Eldon Healthcare may use the contact information provided by you to send promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from Eldon, from time to time.
2. You hereby consent to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage, and any other processing of the personal data provided by you, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and address, for the purposes relating to the Campaign.
3. This consent extends to all applicable personal data protection laws in Malaysia, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Eldon Healthcare Sdn Bhd (EHSB) reserves the right to modify or alter the terms and conditions at any time even within the period of the lucky draw without prior notice. 

Kindly be aware that Eldon will never solicit your IC number or personal data through social media channels. We will initiate contact exclusively through our official WhatsApp messaging or call at (+607-660 0960) .
