Return & Delivery Policy
Any Eldon Healthcare products found to be defective or unsatisfactory will be eligible for refund or stock exchange.
To initiate a refund or stock exchange, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your:
1. Order number
2. Brief description/reasoning of return/exchange
3. Photo evidence of defective stock
After review of your request, Eldon Healthcare Sdn Bhd will respond within three (3) working days.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Eldon Healthcare Sdn Bhd offers free delivery to any street address in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Our website does not support international orders at the moment, so if you are an international buyer keen on placing an order, please contact us at via Facebook Messenger or email us at email@example.com with your details.
We offer free shipping for all orders within Malaysia, however, please do note that some specific products has a minimum order quantity for each order. More details can be found on individual product pages.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The average delivery lead time is 1-3 business day(s) if an order is placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.
We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.
