Yes, you can use both glucosamine & Flexigel LDS together for better results.
We recommend to apply Flexigel LDS first and allow it to dry before applying any other skin care products as lotion/cream may impair the effectiveness of Flexigel LDS.
Knee caps are made of bone, Flexigel LDS cannot penetrate to the injured site when applied to the bone area. So, we recommend to apply surrounding whole joint.
