1. Eligibility

1.1 Open to all children aged 4–12 years old residing in Malaysia.
1.2 Participants must submit entries with parent/guardian consent.
1.3 Age Categories:

• Group A: 4–6 years old
• Group B: 7–9 years old
• Group C: 10–12 years old

2. Participation Requirements

2.1 Each child may submit only ONE artwork.
2.2 Participants must follow/like Eldon Healthcare Malaysia’s Facebook Page as a minimum
requirement to join.
2.3 All steps listed in the contest instructions must be completed for the entry to be valid.
2.4 Only hand-coloured artwork is accepted (crayons, colour pencils, markers, paint).
2.5 Submissions must use the official contest template for the correct age group.

3. Submission Rules

3.1 Submission must be uploaded via the official Google Form on the contest webpage.
3.2 Artwork must be photographed clearly with the full page visible.
3.3 Submission deadline: 31 December 2025, 12:00 PM. Late entries will not be accepted.
3.4 Any incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate submission may be rejected.

4. Public Voting & Winner Selection

4.1 Shortlisted entries will be uploaded to Eldon Healthcare Malaysia’s Facebook page.
4.2 Voting period: 1–15 January 2026.
4.3 Winners will be determined 80% by public engagement (likes/shares/relevant interactions).
4.4 Voting cut-off time: 16 January 2026, 12:00 PM.
4.5 Engagement numbers will be recorded and screenshot by the Eldon team as official proof.

5. Winner Announcement & Contact

5.1 Winners will be officially announced on 26 January 2026 on Eldon Healthcare Malaysia’s
Facebook page.
5.2 Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp or call from Eldon Healthcare’s official contact
number: 07-6600960.
5.3 Eldon will attempt to contact each winner up to three (3) times within 7 days.
5.4 If there is no response or incomplete information provided within 7 days, the prize will be
forfeited.
5.5 Prizes will be delivered within 30 working days after verification.

6. Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified if:

• Digital colouring or AI-generated elements are used
• Artwork is not the child’s own work

• Incorrect age category is submitted
• Required engagement steps are missing
• Multiple entries from the same participant
• Content is offensive, inappropriate, or plagiarised
• Submission contains false information
• Purchased likes, fake accounts, or abnormal voting behaviour are detected

7. Use of Artwork

By participating, parents grant Eldon Healthcare:

• Non-exclusive rights to use the artwork for marketing, social media, websites, and campaign
galleries
• Permission to display the child’s first name and age

Eldon will always provide appropriate credit.

8. Personal Data Protection

All personal data collected will be handled strictly according to the Personal Data Protection Act
(PDPA) and used solely for:

• Contest administration
• Winner communication
• Certificate distribution

9. Other Conditions

9.1 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
9.2 Eldon Healthcare reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the contest if required.
9.3 All decisions made by Eldon Healthcare are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
9.4 Participation in this contest indicates full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
