How to Join the Contest
1. Download the Template
Choose your child’s age group and download the correct colouring sheet.
2. Print & Colour the Artwork (Hand-Coloured Only)
Allowed materials: crayons, colour pencils, markers, paint
❌ Digital colouring is strictly not allowed.
Ensure ELLO and the template are clearly visible.
3. Photograph the Completed Artwork
Photo requirements:
- Full page visible (no cropped edges)
- Clear, bright lighting
- JPG or PNG format
4. Prepare Your Submission Details
Parents must provide:
- Parent’s full name & mobile number
- Child’s full name & age
- Parent’s Facebook/Instagram profile link
5. Complete the Engagement Requirement
On Facebook/Instagram:
- Follow Eldon Healthcare Malaysia
- Like & share the contest post publicly
Include hashtag #AdventureWithELLO
6. Submit via the Webpage Google Form
Upload the following:
- Artwork photo
- Submission details
- Proof of engagement
7. Public Voting (1–15 Jan 2026)
Finalist artworks will be uploaded to Facebook.
Engagement counted: Likes, Shares & Relevant Interactions.
8. Final Judging & Voting Cut-off
Voting ends 16 Jan 2026, 12:00 PM.
The Eldon team will:
- Screenshot engagement numbers at the exact cut-off
- Upload screenshots in comments for transparency
9. Winner Announcement & Prize Fulfilment
Winners will be:
- Officially announced on 26 January 2026 on Eldon Healthcare Malaysia’s Facebook page.
- Contacted via WhatsApp for prize delivery or collection.
- All finalists will also receive a digital participation certificate.
10. Rights & Usage
By submitting, participants grant Eldon Healthcare the right to use artworks in:
- Social media
- Campaign galleries
- Marketing materials (with proper credit given)
