Oat bran powder (70% beta glucan), oat powder, brown rice, plant sterol (lipophytol), wild rice, red rice, black rice, purple rice, amaranth, millet, quinoa, buckwheat, barley, sorghum, maize, durum wheat, whole wheat, black sesame, maltodextrin, sunflower oil, vanilla flavour powder.

Made from Non-GMO (Non-Genetically Modified Organism) Oat Bran. No added sugar, preservative and colouring.

Add 2 scoops (30g) to room temperature water, stir well and consume. Take once daily, preferably before meal.

MAY NOT suitable for children under 5, pregnancy, breastfeeding women.

To maintain the product’s maximum potency, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

1. Can I take Phyto Oat together with medication?
We recommend consuming it 1-2 hours after taking any medications.

2. Can Phyto Oat replace hyperlipidaemia medication?
We highly recommend you to first consult a healthcare professional before stopping the medication.

3. Can I take Phyto Oat together with Fish Oil?
Yes, however the beta glucan in Phyto Oat can reduce the absorption of fish oil. Therefore, we recommend you to consume both separately.

4. How long does it take to see an effect?
The results vary from person to person, and the recommended treatment time is 3 months.  However, Phyto Oat is intended for long term use.
